Mr. Heng Meng Khen is a Registered Intellectual Property (IP) Agent in Malaysia. He has been involved in the intellectual property field since 2014, gaining extensive practical experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and IP portfolio management. Over the years, he has assisted numerous researchers, startups, and enterprises in protecting their inventions and creative works both in Malaysia and abroad.

He is the co-author of a series of guidebooks designed to help researchers evaluate patent protection potential for their inventions across various disciplines:

1. Volume 1 – Guidebook for Researchers to Evaluate the Patent Protection of Their Proposed Inventions in the Field of Engineering

In 2024, Mr. Meng Khen  attended the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) Annual Meeting held in Manila, Philippines, reflecting his continuous engagement with the international IP community.
